If you would like to apply for care in our center, please print out, complete
and mail in the application below for the program of your interest.
A registration fee of
$75 for one child, and $40 for each additional child, must be mailed with the application.
If your care will be provided through the Purchase of Care program there is not a fee due
with the application. The enrollment coordinator will contact you upon receiving the application.
If you wish to call for information first on openings, ask for Janet Watkins for the
Early Care and Education and School Age Care programs, and Irene Bailey for the
Summer Camp program.
